Ashler Manor Office Complex
Project was a 12,000 square foot office with 10,000 square feet for two different departments of one company and a 2,000 square foot office occupied by the technology company that supported the owner.
I developed the design for the office and provided all architectural drawings and specifications as well as coordinating land development, structural, and MEP consultants development of supporting drawings. I also served as project manager throughout the construction process.
Existing site was a wooded site with multiple elevation changes throughout. Soil and bearing testings were done before design was started. Project was completed in April 2015. Program used was AutoCAD.
Drawings shown below are only the architectural portion of the package developed.
